The specific questions our clients have determine the way Executive Choices proceeds in the coaching process. We offer a variety of methods from which we choose very selectively. We guarantee the quality of our work through:
- a thorough clarification of the task at hand (if necessary, by including company internal sponsors), and agreeing upon how success will be measured
- reflection within a framework of periodical supervision where our coaches discuss current cases anonymously with an external professional
- a quality assurance call with the client by another colleague of Executive Choices
- adherence to the ethical guidelines of the International Coach Federation by all of Executive Choices‘ partners
