Impulses
The impulses experienced during Executive Coaching give a client the energy to reach defined business and personal goals. Together with the client, Executive Choices will:
- create clarity regarding the initial situation and in defining realistic goals
- develop choices regarding possible behavioral options and their impact on reaching those goals
- emphasize authenticity, which means ensuring that the values and convictions of a client continue to be respected
- gather courage to do the right thing while overcoming obstacles
- share reflection upon concrete progress
Before beginning, we decide whether we fit together. Our coaches work in sessions face-to-face, as well as being there for the client via phone or e-mail. Our collaboration is very personal and can last from three to twelve months.
